DINNER DANCE

There are still a limited number of tickets available for the forthcoming dinner dance and presentation of medals to be held in the Bloomfield House Hotel on Friday night January 19^th. Tickets are available from any member of the committee at a cost of £20 for what promises to be a very enjoyable occasion.

PATRICK GUNNING MEMORIAL MATCH

The heavy snow in the days after Christmas caused this match had to be postponed. However, it now proposed to play it on the day after the dinner dance i.e. Saturday 20^th of January and all who are interested in playing are requested to abstain from any inebriation on Friday night in order to be completely fit for this match.

SOCIAL EVENT

Following on a invitation from the Milltownpass club, we hope to bring the Intermediate Championship Cup to Milltownpass on Friday night next January 12^th. It is hoped that as many players and supporters as possible will attend as Saint Brigid's always got great support in Milltownpass both on and off the field.

SYMPATHY

The club wishes to extend its sympathy to the family and friends of Mick Kelly, Tyrrellspass, Johnny Garvin, Castletown Geoghegan and Tom Dunne Rochfortbridge on their recent bereavements.
