In our tool tryout and moulding section we have two moulding machines:
1 Ingersol Rand 175 ton Negri Bossi machine
1 Rascof 250 ton machine (with core pull)
This facility allows us to try out tools and quickly remedy problems using all the resources of our own Toolroom. There is no time lost in transporting to an external tryout facility and customer engineers have also the opportunity to ensure that the tool is running to their own satisfaction at times which suit their own schedules. It also means that samples for testing can quickly and readily be obtained by customers.
We also offer a moulding service for those companies who require relatively small quantities of their product and cannot justify the expense of the larger companies.
