Information on our local windmill from our deputy principal Mrs Jenkinson.

Skerries Windmill Skerries is very proud of its beautifully restored working windmill. Standing on a height overlooking our school it is a focal point for the children at play in the playground. The mills are a rich source of local history which the children never tire of exploring under the guidance of their teachers. We are fortunate indeed to be located in such an historically exciting area.
