All Captain Landers' decorations, with the exception of those awarded by the Government of The Republic of South Vietnam, were presented to his wife, Teresa in the United States' Embassy, Dublin in late1968. The ceremony was held by the then-U.S. Ambassador to Ireland and the U.S. Defence Attache, Colonel Joseph F. O'Connor.
