Western Australia is an
ancient landscape, one of the oldest in the world. The rocks from
which it has been sculpted are dated in billions of years. It
boasts an indigenous culture thousands of years old.
Since the gold rush days a distinctive style of architecture has
developed that is still evident today. Many of the old gold towns
have remained essentially unchanged; a natural film set.
