Built around 1975-77 the houses had flat roofs and corrugated walls until 1987 when a huge investment in the area meant that the houses where renovated and the roofs you see here where added. The exterior walls and gardens where also renovated.

It took about 6 years to complete the work and families where houses in Clondalkin and Tallaght while the work was carried out. Some families didn't move back and decided to stay where they where as they where now settled.
