Kylemore Avenue has a small park which contains an all-weather football pitches and basketball courts. This was converted in 1999-2000 from and old community centre and playground. It was run down and used by drug users and was a no go area as syringes littered the area.

Now the area has been renovated for the children of the area and is floodlit at night.
