How to Register as a
VEC Adult Community Education Tutor

-Time Teaching Hours
The VEC does not accept liability or
responsibility for the payment, insurance or otherwise for non registered
tutors.
Non-registered tutors work for and on behalf
of the management of the centres they are engaged, and as such are employees
of such centres.
To Register as a Adult Community Education Tutor
you must complete the following procedure.
Attend for Interview - and bring with you.

A completed Adult Community Education Tutor
Application Form.

An updated Curriculum Vitae.

A letter of Reference as to your
tutoring ability
- An introduction from the co--ordinator of the centre
who has agreed to give you teaching hours.
- A Syllabus and course description you intend to
follow under the following headings.
- PPS Number
I hereby GIVE / DO NOT GIVE - the City of Cork
Vocational Educational Committee, Adult Education Service, permission and the right, to
forward this Application Form and or details from it to VEC appointed Community Education
co-ordinators, and others seeking Tutors in the Course Title area and qualification
subjects as described.
