Terms and Conditions

for self-catering Accommodation in houses and cottages

The Rental charge covers:

• a fully equipped home to include bed linen and towels
• a linen and towel change service once a week (Saturdays)
• colour television

Electricity charge

Electricity will be charged on a metered basis and must be paid for prior to departure.

Arriving and Departing

Your home will be available for occupation from 4:00 p.m.on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Financial arrangements

A £50 per week booking deposit is payable on reservation and the full outstanding balance is payable four weeks prior to date of arrival. Failure to make payment on time, will result in booking being cancelled and house being re-allocated.

Cancellation of Booking

If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the total rental will be forfeited.

Number of persons

The number of persons stated on the booking form must not be exceeded.

Articles lost or Stolen

No responsibility will be accepted for articles lost or stolen from the property.

Visit by Management

The management may visit the home at any reasonable time.

Security deposit

Occupants are obliged to maintain the home in a clean and tidy condition. A £50 refundable deposit as security against damage to the home and its accessories will be payable upon arrival.

Right to refuse a booking

The right is reserved by management at any time to refuse a booking or terminate a reservation for non-compliance with conditions of occupation.

Consideration for other Holidaymakers

The occupants must not be the cause of annoyance or be a nuisance by way of noise or otherwise to others using Clona Marketing holiday homes and cottages.

Prices

The attached prices are in IR Punts per week for the holiday property. Unless specifically included, the holidaymaker is responsible for paying all charges for telephones, gas, electricity and other fuel supplied to the property during the rental.

There may be specials from time to time in the Off Season - ring for details. If interested in a mini-break i.e. Weekend away, Bank Holiday, phone us for prices. Mini-breaks are generally not available from July to August.

• Property bookings commence Saturday at 4.00 p.m.
• Property to be vacated by Saturday at 10.00 a.m.
• Electricity or fuel not included.

We will hold this property for up to a week, pending receipt of your confirmation.

To confirm your booking please forward a deposit of £50.00 per week.

An acknowledgement of receipt with details of arrangements will be sent you by return..
