THE TAX INCENTIVES
Tramore is a qualifying area under the Resort Designation Scheme. Atlantic Coast Apartments qualify for substantial Tax Incentives for investors. The Tax Relief available takes the form of a deduction of 100% of construction expenditure against all rental income arising both from the houses themselves and any other Irish rental income. In effect the Tax Relief is similar to Section 27 Relief. In addition, expenditure on interest, repairs, wear and tear on fittings etc., and management are deductible in calculating income for Tax purposes.
MARKETING / MANAGEMENT
Atlantic Coast Apartments will be managed by a dedicated Management Company and operated by professionals experienced in the Tourism industry. The administration, marketing and promotion and the maintenance of the entire complex will be undertaken, from an office located on site.
BOOKING ARRANGEMENTS
Booking Deposit of IR£2,000. Balance of 10% is payable two weeks later, on signing of contracts. 30% at roof stage. Contracts must be signed within two weeks of issue of Contracts otherwise the property may be sold.
