Corrib Village sits on the banks of the River Corrib, a mere seven minutes walk from
the NUIG campus, and a twenty minute walk from downtown. The purpose of this page
is to allow prospective visiting students to obtain some insight into exactly what
Corrib Village has to offer, and to allow them to better decide whether Corrib
Village is right for them.
WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR:
The typical Corrib Village flat consists of a 4 bedrooms, a kitchen/sitting room
and one-and-a-half bathrooms. Specifically, there are two different types
of Corrib Village flats - en suite, and regular.
Regular: What to Expect.
- 4 Bedrooms, one of which is a double, one of which has a double bed. The other
two are regular singles.
- Kitchen - supplied with half-sized fridge, oven, sink, basic
kitchen untensils/dishes.
- Sitting Room (part of kitchen) - modest furnishings, TV with cable.
- 1.5 Bathrooms.
En-Suite:What to Expect.
- 4 Bedrooms, two of which are single with their own attached bathroom.
- Remaining two bedrooms are singles and share a bathroom.
- Kitchen - same as above, except set off from sitting room, and is supplied
with modern convienences (ie., microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer).
- An additional half-bathroom.
