This coin is a penny of Edward IV's heavy issue of 1465 - 1466.

This is a typical Dublin penny of the issue with an extra pellet in two of the reverse quadrants.

The legends read:

Obverse : EDW[DG D]NS HYBERN
Reverse : CIVI [
TAS] DVBLIN

Which translate as:
Edward by the Grace of God Lord of Ireland
City of Dublin

This coin is in Good Very Fine (GVF) condition and has a fully legible mint signature. Coins of this type with clear legends are very scarce as most of them have been clipped to where the mint signature is not legible - but can usually be worked out from portions still visible.
