This coin is an example of an Irish copper halfpenny of William and Mary of 1693.

The legends are clear with no blundering and read:
(obverse) GVLIELMVS ET MARIA DEI GRATIA
(reverse) MAG BR FR ET HIB REX ET REGINA 1693
Which translates/expands as
William and Mary by the grace of God
Lords of Britain, France and King and Queen of Ireland

This coin is the standard variety.

The coin is in About Extremely Fine (AEF) condition. It has slight rubbing on the faces of the conjoined busts and there is some weakness in the hair behind and above both foreheads. The reverse has light rubbing on the harp and has some weakness in the crown. There is a small spot of verdegris inside the base of the harp. (the white mark at 4 o'clock on the reverse is a piece of lint which was on the scanner when I scanned the coin and I didn't notice until I was joining the two scans into a single image).

Despite its minor problems this is a particularly nice example of this coinage. Examples as nice as this with clear busts and good strong legends and good surfaces are difficult to find, examples better than this with traces of original lustre are very scarce.
