Q 5 From the total results it is clear that teenagers generally consider their parents to be equal as the majority of the people (78%) interviewed answered 'yes' while only 22% said 'no'. However in the gender breakdown 82% of males questioned gave a positive response while only 74% of girls believe that their parents share an equal partnership.

Q 6 From the totals it is clear that a majority of families do not sit down and have all meals together everyday. Family dinner is the meal where the highest number (20%) sit down together. There was no marked difference between the responses from males or females. Clearly Claremorris has moved away from the tradition of having all familly meals together.

Q 7 From the totals it is clear that the majority of people (52%) rarely participate in celebrations and outings with their extended family. However a sizeable minority (42% ) participate frequently in such celebrations. The responses from both male and females yielded similar results.
