Counterbalance System : The Counterbalance System is standard on all of our doors. It allows easy maintenance and free operation of doors because the springs do all the work for you. Oil tempered and stress relieved springs with safety cable systems are standard throughout.

Track and Roller System : Heavy duty rollers and galvanised 2" track provide years of low maintenance. Standard 12" radius allows the door to raise and lower easily. Special low clearance track is available as an option. All bolted system makes qualified maintenance and repairs a snap.

Seals : Structural, roll-formed weatherstrip retainer. Helps prevent step damage to the bottom interior edge of the door, adds strength and locks the bottom weatherstrip into place.
EPDM Blade Weatherstrip. Special EPDM bottom seal conforms to uneven floors and provides full width protection against rain and wind, and enhances energy efficiency. EPDM has no "memory" characteristics. Therefore, it re-seals each time the door is closed.
The unique design of the door hinges allows for contact-free movement of the door during operation without compromise to the seal.
