Irish Goldwing Treffen 1999.
Held in Stranorler, County Donegal. The last two pics (at the bottom of this page) are from the 1998 treffen in Mallow, Cork and were given to me this year.

A British ' wing owner explains the buttons and gadgets to an
amazed young Stranorler lad
Meet Franz-Josef Eichorn from Austria. This guy is
incredible. His energy and enthusiasm for life would put many a younger man to
shame. Franz-Josef travels all over Europe to Goldwing events. I hope to receive
some photo's from him soon and will post them then. The second pic is of more
Germans, again high mileage types, cleaning their bikes.
Far left is Brian Tynan, from Dublin. Brian bought this ' 95
SE early in 1999 with less than 100 miles on the clock! I wouldn't have believed
it only I seen it the same weekend that Brian brought it back from England.
Dubliner Kevin Reynolds, a Goldwinger with a keen passion for
these machines and for the social interaction that goes with it, with his ' 96
Aspencade.
Stuart, far left, at the head of this run out.
Tommy Humphries and girlfriend Mary. Tommy is probably one of
the most experienced bikers that I know and takes his ' 95 Aspencade out in all
weather.
A really nice outfit.
A great Saturday night with a traditional Irish welcome.
