Acting Assertively

"There's only one thing you can do with a doormat, and that's wipe your feet on it." Robert Maxwell

Do you find yourself agreeing to do things you really don't want to do, but don't know how to refuse without giving offence or appearing unreasonable? Do you have difficulty defending yourself against unwarranted and unfair criticism? Are there certain people in your life who know which buttons to press to make you feel inadequate or unworthy? Do you dread confrontation? Is your career progress being hampered by your inability to get other people to listen to your ideas? Are you just too nice to be taken seriously? If your answer to any of these questions is yes, then you need this course - NOW.
