First Impressions Programme
If your business is people based then set the scene for good communications and customer care by delivering a good first impression.

This course will address all those areas that influence other people's perceptions of you and your business.
It will show you how to dress and act in a way appropriate to your business and in keeping with your personality.

This course will:
  • Give guidance on making the correct entrance.
  • Show how posture influences the decision makers.
  • Give guidance on how to dress appropriately.
  • Show what colours and styles are correct for each individual.
  • Give grooming advice to each individual.
  • Give guidelines on meeting and greeting.
  • Teach the principals of interpersonal skills and understanding body language.
  • Provide individuals with the tools to work a room.
  • Teach appropriate etiquette and give guidance on "gaff" prevention.
How it works:

This course can be delivered to individuals or groups. It will be tailored to the clients needs and will always be appropriate for the market place in which they operate.
Each person is given individual attention and is shown how to dress and act appropriately for their chosen occupation or business. They are encouraged to express their personality, avoid "cloning" and set the standards that others will follow.
