General Introduction

Scripture Union is an international, interdenominational organisation which aims to encourage Bible Reading; help young people come to personal faith in Christ; promote Christian character and usefulness in Church and community; encourage a healthy lifestyle; promote Christian values in family life. S.U. is a member of the National Youth Council of Ireland.

Programmes

  • Easter and Summer Camp.
  • Adventure Camps, outdoor pursuits.
  • 6.30pm Bible Club on Mondays, age 4-11 years.

Further Information:

Scripture Union own Ovoca Manor Christian Adventure Centre in co. Wicklow. It also supplies books, tapes and videos and runs training courses for Youth Leaders and Sunday School Teachers.
