Entry Requirements

  • Interview

Each student will be interviewed prior to being offered a place at alimerick Tutorial Centre. This interview can be arranged over the telephone or by calling to Limerick Tutorial Centre. The student must be accompanied by at least one parent, Preferably both. Theinterview is designed primarily to establish that each student is motivated and determined to do their very best. Sometimes at the end of the interview the student id offered a place and accepts. Often, however the student is asked to go away and think hard about his/her decision. Limerick Tutorial Centre reserves the right of admission and likewise after the interview the student is under no obligation to accept a place.

Discipline

Students are expected to display at all times - both inside and outside the centre - a standard of behavior and courtesy that reflects a sense of personal dignith and consideration for the rights of others. Students are disruptive, not studying or absenting themselves from classes without permission, will be asked to leave the Centre without a refund of their fees. As part of the application form, Students will be asked to sign an agreement to abide by the rules of the Centre.

Application Forms/Fees for 5th Year,6th Year And Repeat Students

After a student has been accepted by Limerick Tutorial Centre they are given an application form. This must be returned as soon as possible, together with a deposit of £100 and a passport photograph. The remaining fees are either paid in one installment in September or by two installments in September and the following January.
Deposits and Fees are non refundable or transferable. These fees do not include the entry fee for the Leaving Certificate examination required by the Department of Education.
