1. The Media Research Facility (MRF)
is a wholly owned subsidiary of Phutyle
International.
2. MRF provides Phutyle International,
it's subsidiaries and affiliated groups with services
relating to all aspects of audio/visual
communications.
3.Research is to be conducted into
modern popular and counter-culture, the social and
psychological effects of audio/visual media and the
history of art and design.
4. This research is to be published
and translated into Work to be exhibited in a variety of
formats.
5. MRF is also to function as a
commercial audio-visual / graphic / multi-media
enterprise. Clients who wish to commission the Media
Research Facility for any such work should contact us for
more details.
6. This Mandate takes effect from 1st
April 1997, and is issued solely under the authority of
Phutyle International.
