William Wallace from USA . Renovated the ground floor/added the second storey / rendered the building exterior / installed three dormer windows, two chimneys and a slate roof. The ‘ditch' was also removed at this time.

Danie1 Sullivan of Cork . Had been working in England . Married with one daughter.
May to Sept
1963 to 1979
Daniel Creedon of Blarney and formerly from USA . Changed the interior to more or less as it is today. Building was extended at the front and the left hand side and one chimney was removed.
