Tramore is a beautiful seaside town, in the South-East corner of Ireland; about twenty minutes drive from the historical city of Waterford. It has been a popular place for summer holidays for many generations. Its popularity is due to its lovely beach. The town rises from the beach up a hill and has expanded in every direction over the past twenty years. Tramore comes from two Irish words "Trá Mhór", which means in English "the big strand."

Tramore is one of Irelands main holiday attractions for golfing, swimming, surfing, walking, and amusements and lots more. Tramore has one of the most beautiful beaches in the sunny South-East. If you are the sporty type or if you just like to relax on a sun-drenched beach Tramore is the place for you. If you come to Tramore for a visit long or short you will not be disappointed. o read more about Tramore click on the links below.
