Experiment No. 14 Two eyes are Better than one! Experiment: To show that two eyes give a fuller picture. Materials:
Method: 1) With both eyes open,
take your two index fingers and bring them together at arms reach in front
of your face. 2) Now, close one eye and try it. Variation: 3) Try catching a small ball with one eye blacked out or closed.
Conclusion: There is little doubt that having a second eye adds greatly to our ability to function correctly. Now, experiment 15 takes a look at ways in which you can fool your eyes - optical illusions. For further information on the eye, click here. Our Young Scientist project last year was on 'LIGHT'.
