Day 17
~
Dear Diary --:
On
Wednesday May 31st,I was chosen to go to Aaron Mahoney’s house.
On
the way out I was peeping out of Aaron’s pocket and I could see all the
people going home from school or going shopping. When we got out to
Aaron’s Mums car, Aaron’s Dad and Mum and his brother Lee and also
his
friends Nicky were waiting in the car. When Aaron and me got into the car
they all thought I was lovely. Aaron’s friend Nicky and his brother Lee
had a game of Tug-a-War over me. After that we drove straight to the
Sea-horse restraunt for dinner. When we got to the Sea horse I wanted to
go to the bathroom so I asked Aaron where it was. He told me to go down to
the bottom of the restaurant and take a door on the left. I couldn't see
very well because the place was sort of dark. I pushed open a door and
next minute I knew I was in the kitchen. I looked all around me at all the
lovely food.
Then
I saw a big bowl of ice cream in a cupboard nearby. I do not know what
came over me but next minute, I ran
over to it and tucked into it.
While
I was spooning it into my mouth I could hear Aaron downstairs calling my
name, suddenly I was grabbed by the Chef and dragged downstairs to the
table where Aaron was sitting. “Who owns this guy” shouted the chef.
Aaron disappeared under the table and pretended not to know me. Eventually
his mother said that I was with them. “I found him in
my kitchen helping himself to jelly and ice-cream”. Aaron
apologies to the chef for causing trouble. “Now, keep him under control,
or else you all will have to leave the restaurant”.
Aaron and his
parents were very embarrassed and gave out to me. I told them that I got
mixed up with the doors and it wasn’t my fault. I asked to go to the
toilet again. This time Aaron and his Dad came with me in case I got into
more trouble.
For
dinner we had chips, chicken-nuggets and sausages. Needless to say I did
not get any dessert as I had mine before we started. After that we went to
Aaron’s house where we did our homework, we then went on the computer
for a while. Aaron showed me some of the boys work on their school
website. It looked pretty good. Then Aaron had a game of connect four with
me. We then watched some T.V. for a while. At about ten o' clock we went
to bed. In the morning we got up and had breakfast, we then got ready and
went to school.
That
was my adventure with Aaron Mahoney.
