Many congratulations to all prizewinners in this year's Fire Safety competition, particularly the two from Kill o' the Grange National School. They are pictured here among the other prize winners at the Mansion House after they have received their bag of goodies and certificate from the Lord Mayor. The twelve winning pictures have been printed in a Fire Safety calendar.

On
December 20th, and in festive mood, 6th Class displayed to parents some
of the work they have been doing during the term. Their World War 2
project and of course January's Young Scientist project were very much
to the fore! The children welcomed parents - indulging them in mince
pies and fruit punch - and carefully explained our Young Scientist Project
'06. This project - our most ambitious - may be followed on this site
by clicking here
and here. We are
being allotted two stands at the exhibition. |
December 21st. and our Senior Carol Service! Congratulations to Sixth Class for a wonderful performance in their play - what amazing talent. Our thanks to Pam for costumes and props, Miss Bourke for musical accompaniment, and all children for their super singing - taught so expertly by their teachers. A great team effort!!
