Glinsk Song Contest 2000 CP Audio provided the Computerised Scoreboard software for the contest again in 2000. The event took place on Sunday, July 3rd. The winning entry, "Come On Back", was composed by J.J. Flannery, and sung by Paul Burns. J.J.'s song lead from the start of scoring, receiving 56 points, including 9 points from three of the eight judges. Second place went to "You'll Always Be The One" on 50 points, written by Tim Ambler and Celine Carroll, and sung by the Tim, who wrote and sung the 1998 winner in Glinsk Third place in the 13th Glinsk Song Contest went to contestant number thirteen, Fil Campbell, composer and singer of "Hold my heart". Apparently the number on Fil's front door is also thirteen!
