Just over a year on - and we are almost ready to move in!
It has been a little difficult getting this update to you - there just hasn't been the time to visit the site!
By now you will know that the children will move into the new building after the holidays after we teachers move across on 22nd and 23rd December. It will be an exciting couple of days and we're very much looking forward to sorting ourselves out at last. And now some photos ...
The school is having the finishing touches done inside, while the entrance to a new gate is being laid ...

Rooms
are having their floor coverings laid and tiling done. As you can see, fitted
furniture is in place.

The lift
has been slotted into position, and the stage in the Hall is in early construction.
The hall will probably not
be complete when we move in. The floor in particular is being left until last.

As you
can see, the courtyard has been paved and two rectangular beds have been laid
out.
These will be planted - probably in early January - with a water feature for
added interest!
