26th - 30th November 2002 - Days 2-6
Day two dawned and it rained. This curtailed the builders a little. Informed that one of the temporary school buildings was to be delivered the following day, the wall behind the oil tanks had to be demolished. This will house Fourth Class' and Learning Support teacher.
Half of this new cabin arrived on the following day and was put in place. Little else was achieved on that day because yes, it was still raining!

Meanwhile, holes were dug to take the permanent hoarding. This will remain in place for the entire school year so needs to be very solid.

Although the remainder of the temporary classrooms were to be delivered early on Saturday morning, problems arose - as they do! It appears that a licence is required before loads of this size are allowed on the road - even though they were scheduled to travel at about 5.30 in the morning!! These portacabins will now be delivered as early as possible next week.
In the meantime, Fourth Class and Learning Support needs to be readied and Saturday saw some work being done here.
